1. Teddy Bears Care?
Our teddy bears are afraid of sunlight, fire, rude tearing, stains and insects.
Therefore, please don't leave teddy on the floor, in direct sunlight, next to a heater or squashed under heavy things. These sorts of places can hurt teddy and cause teddy's fur to change colour or its body to become misshapen.
And please do not tear teddy bear, otherwise his joints may also become loose and in some cases limbs may even fall off.
Teddy bears are so adorable and great fun to spend time with. Please take good care of your teddy bear, so he can stay with you for a long time.
2. Can the teddy bears be washed?
Yes, our teddy bear can be washed. But NO Washing Machine! Please handwash teddy bear by gentle.
A: Put cool water and silk wool detergent in the basin, stir the water in the basin to create rich foam, and then use a soft brush to moisten the foam to clean the surface of the teddy care. Be careful not to get too much water on the brush.
B: After brushing clean the surface of the teddy bear, wrap the teddybear with a bath towel, and wash it under pressure in a basin of clean cool water.
C: Then put the teddy bear in a water basin with softener for a proper bath.
D: Put clean water in the basin and gently press the teddy bear until it is clean.
E: Do not hang to dry, do not expose it to direct sunlight, put teddy bear in a clothes basket to air dry. Fluff our fur as it air dries to keep it plushy and soft.
F: Please use a very soft bristle brush or a kid's toothbrush to gently fluff out teddy bear's fur after it dries.
3. Why is my Teddy Bear shedding?
During the production of teddy bears, there may be floating fur are not cleaned up in time. Please don't worry, this is normal situation.
This does not mean that the teddy bear is really shedding, you just need to lightly tap a few times to let the floating fur fall off naturally.
4. Why is the teddy bear's fur so messy?
The teddy bear's fur is generally about 10mm. In the process of transportation, the teddy bear's fur is prone to be messy after being squeezed by an external force.
When teddy's fur is messy, please use a baby's brush or a very soft brush to gently brush teddy's fur back in place.
5. Why does my teddy bear look asymmetrical?
The teddy bear was squeezed during packaging and transportation, and the displacement of the internal filling caused the teddy to appear asymmetry. It is recommended to gently align the filling with your hands, and then tap a few times to restore the original shape of the teddy bear.
6. How fast will I get my teddy bear after ordering?
International orders normally arrive within 2-4 weeks. But in the event of holidays or force majeure, the package may be delayed, hope you can understand.
7. Do you offer gift-wrapping?
